Applicant Requirements and Conditions for Charity Meals Deployment

1. Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older. 2. Fundraising Commitment: You agree to set up a JustGiving page for Charity Meals and commit to raising a minimum of £5,000 before your chosen deployment date. 3. Deployment Contribution: A non-refundable £600 contribution (registration fee) is required from every volunteer upon reaching their fundraising target, payable before travel. This fee partially covers deployment expenses such as accommodation, travel insurance, food, and other costs. 4. Passport Validity: You must possess a valid passport with at least 4 months remaining before expiry at the time of deployment. 5. Eligibility and Conduct: Charity Meals reserves the right to withdraw any participant from deployment if any concerns arise. No refunds will be provided for any funds raised, and all donations will be allocated to the causes outlined in the Deployment Handbook, which will be sent to you. 6. Deployment Modifications: Charity Meals reserves the right to cancel, alter, or postpone any deployment as necessary.
