Across the communities we support, many Madrasa children come from low-income or orphaned backgrounds, and often have little or no access to regular nutritious meals.
Without regular nutritious meals, many Madrasa students struggle to concentrate during lessons and memorise the Qur’an.
Providing Nourishing Meals to Madrasa Students Across Multiple Countries
Charity Meals works across Pakistan, India, Kenya, The Gambia, Somalia, Gaza and additional regions to ensure that Madrasa students, including many orphans, receive reliable, nutritious meals.
When these children receive the proper nourishment they deserve, they become focused, energised and able to learn with dignity.

Abdullah's Story
Abdullah is an orphan with no father and a mother who works long days in the fields yet still cannot afford food. At home there is often nothing to eat. Many mornings he walks to the mosque hungry but hopeful. He studies there for free dreaming of becoming a hafiz of the Qur’an. When he receives a warm meal his eyes brighten and his focus returns. Your meal gives Abdullah strength comfort and the chance to learn with dignity and hope.
